Simply put, Stemtech Learning Lab exists to support online learning. Individual learning needs and styles are assessed first, should a learner require additional instructional navigation. After assessing skill levels, and learning styles, our instructional facilitator(s) focus on selecting appropriate resources to support training to boost learner confidence.
